Instructions to make Braised Yellow Croaker:
  1. Wash and cut fish into pieces. Pat dry and coat with flour. Heat pan then add oil when it's hot enough pan pry fish. When done remove
  2. In same pan stir fry ginger until aromatic add spring onion stalks. Add soy sauce water and let it simmer.
  3. When boiling add fish and spring onion leaves. Cover and simmer until the fish absorbs the sauce.
