The ingredients needed to make Alfredo Pasta:
  1. Get 2 Tbsp Butter
  2. Take 4 Tbsp Flour
  3. Take 600 Grms Milk
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  5. Prepare Full Pack Boiled Pasta
  6. Make ready 1 Sliced Capsicum
  7. Take 1 Cup Sliced Chicken
  8. Make ready 1/2 Cup Mashrooms (sliced)
  9. Make ready 1/4 Cup Black Olive Discs
  10. Prepare 1 Tbsp Oregano
  11. Prepare Salt (to taste)
  12. Get Black Pepper (to taste)
  13. Get 1 tsp Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar
  14. Get 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  15. Make ready 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions to make Alfredo Pasta:
  1. Boil pasta and keep them aside.
  2. Add cooking oil in a frying pan along with ginger garlic paste. Then add chicken into it and let it cook for 5-8 mins. Then add mashroom and capsicum into the pan and add salt and black pepper. Now let it fry for a while and keep it aside when done.
  3. Now take a new pot and add butter into it and let it melt. As butter melts, add milk into it. Now add flour and mix it well using whisk. Also add white pepper. Now add pasta and let it cook for a minute or two until the sauce becomes slightly thick. Now add fried chicken that you prepared earlier and mix well. Add Soya, Chilli and Vinegar. Also add salt and black pepper in it and take it out in a bowl and sprinkle Oregano on the top and your Alfredo Pasta are ready to have.
