  1. Prepare 2.5 cup flour
  2. Get 2 tbsp milk powder
  3. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1 tsp sugar

  6. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  7. Take 1 egg
  8. Take Lukewarm water as required

  11. Prepare 1 tsp g.g paste
  12. Prepare 3,4 tbsp tandori masala
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice
  14. Make ready 1/4 cup sweet corns
  15. Make ready 1/4 cup mashrooms
  16. Prepare 4,5 olives chopped
  17. Make ready 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
  18. Make ready 1/4 cup garlic sauce

Steps to make Chicken bread:
  1. Stieve all dry ingredients.. add egg yeast,oil n knead with lukewarm water..
  2. Add water slowly to make dough..
  3. Now in a bowl add 1 tbsp oil n cover with salofin.. place in a warm place for 2 hrs..
  4. After 2 hrs when dough rise.. mix with hand n again cover n rest for more 1 hr..
  5. Marinate chicken with g.g paste,tandori masla n lemon juice for half n hr.. Now in a pan heat oil 1 tbsp n cook chicken.. when cooked add all chopped veggies n mix..
  6. Now take out your dough.. spread flour on a flat surface roll your dough.. divided into two..
  7. Take one piece.. roll with roller pin n give shape(oval).. make cuts in sides.. spread chilli garlic sauce,chicken n cheese on top..
  8. Now one by one cover ur bread in fish style.. Now coat with egg,kalonji n some herbs..
  9. Reat for 10 min.. then bake in 180 degree for 20mins..
  10. Another shape: make round shape,make cuts in one side.. add all fillings in other side n roll it..
  11. Coat with egg,herbs n chilli flaked..n bake it..
