  6. Get 2 Green chillies, chopped
  7. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions to make Malabar Spinach Wrap:
  1. Take a bowl, add the boiled potato and mash well.
  2. To the boiled potato add, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Add salt and sugar to taste and the stuffing for the wrap is ready.
  4. Wash and dry the Malabar spinach leaves.
  5. Take a leaf, put a small amount of stuffing into the leaf and roll it like a wrap and tie with help of thread. Make sure you tie it gently.
  6. Once, all the wrap pouches are ready, take some oil in a pan.
  7. Place the wrapped spinach leaves on the pan and shallow fry.
  8. After the leaves are cooked from both side, serve with red chutney.
