  6. Take 1 tbsp Garlic & green chilli paste
  7. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Make ready 1/ 1/2 tsp Corrainder Powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin powder
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Garam masala
  11. Take 1 tsp Red chilli Powder
  12. Get 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  13. Take 1 tbsp lemon juice
  14. Get 3 tbsp Yogurt (Optional)
  15. Get 2 tbsp oil
  16. Take to taste Salt
  17. Make ready as needed water
  18. Prepare For Tadka:
  19. Take 3 tbsp Oil
  20. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

Instructions to make Oats & Malabar Spinach Muthiya/ Steamed Dumplings:
  1. In a bowl take oats, bajra flour, wheat flour, besan, poi leaves, garlic green chilli paste, add in all masalas, salt, lemon juice, yogurt/oil & combine everything together to form a dough. make a soft dough out of it. Taste dough at this point & add something more if required
  2. Grease hands with oil and shape dough into cylindrical shapes
  3. Arrange rolls on greased sieve & steam in steamer for 15-20 minutes. insert knife to check it's doneness
  4. Remove, cool slightly & cut into 12mm slices & keep aside
  5. For tempering heat oil in non stick kadhai/wok, crackle mustard seeds, add in sesame seeds, asafoetida & saute for few seconds. Add in muthiyas/ steamed dumplings & saute on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Serve immidiately garnished with coriander leaves. Done…Enjoy making
