  2. Make ready 5 Chestnut mashroom
  3. Make ready 1 Spring onion
  4. Make ready Spices & oil
  5. Take 5 g Sichuan pepper whole (or black pepper whole)

  7. Prepare 1 clove Garlic
  8. Take 1 table spoon Olive oil

  10. Get 500 ml Bonito stock dashi water (or chicken stock)

Steps to make Ginger chicken soup 🐣:
  1. Chop all ingredients
  2. Pour olive oil in a pot. After oil get hot, heat sichuan pepper, ginger and spring onion until you scent the aroma of spices.
  3. Stir fry chicken thigh and ginger until the skin of chicken get white.
  4. Add bonito stock and mashroom in a pot. Boil everything until chickens are cooked.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to adjust the flavour. Done :)
