Instructions to make Lauki Ghost:
  1. Firstly, fry the onions,add in the cumin,ginger garlic paste and meat fry for 10 mins.
  2. Once fried,add in the spices,2 cup of water,give pressure for 45 mins.
  3. Add in the gourd once the meat in cooked,cook for 10-15 mins.
  4. Lastly,garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy with fresh rice😋❤
