  2. Prepare 1 C Nuts
  3. Take 1 C Dried fruits
  4. Make ready 1/2 C Coconut flakes
  5. Make ready 1/2 C Seeds, Grains
  6. Make ready 1/2 C Oil
  7. Prepare 1/2 C Maple syrup (Replace 1/3 to water for less sweet taste)
  8. Make ready 2 tsp and up. Spices(cinnamon, carob, nutmeg, cardamon, cloves, etc.)
  9. Take 1 tsp Himalayan salt(or Sea salt or kosher salt)
