  2. Beat eggs and add sugar. Beat til creamy
  3. Add oil. Continue beating
  4. Add milk & vanilla ess
  5. Beat
  6. Fold in dry ingredients
  7. Add dried fruit & nuts and combined thoroughly
  8. Put into greased muffin trays and bake for approx 12 mins our until muffin springs up when touching
  9. you can replace nuts and fruit with your own choice. Raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, honey, cinnamon, orange peel etc
  10. To change the flavor I also use different essences, almond, caramel, lemon.
  11. Recipe makes 24 but I usually halve everything just to make 12
