  2. Take 1 pint(473ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
  3. Take 1 can(16oz, 397g) Sweet Condensed Milk
  4. Take 1 tsp Lemon Juice (option)

Instructions to make Lychee Ice Cream (no egg, without ice cream maker):
  1. Put peeled lychees into the blender and make pure. (Add lemon juice) And put it aside.
  2. Put heavy whipping cream into the blender and whip about 50%. (Don't whips it completely.)
  3. Add condensed milk, lychee pure.
  4. Blend it about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour it into container. And put it in the fridge in least 8 hours. (Mix it two times with fork every 2 hours.)
  6. Scoop the ice cream with spoon.
