  3. Heat up whole weat wrap in pan flipping on both sides
  4. Take out wrap and put on plate
  5. In same pan cook turkey and egg
  6. Add tomato to pan

  8. For green smoothie
  9. Rinse spinach
  10. Peel apple
  11. Drain excess water
  12. Chop celery and apple
  13. Put celery,apple, spinach, banana and oat milk into blender
