  3. Take 1 tbsp Butter
  4. Make ready 1 Shiso salad dressing

Instructions to make Pan-Fried Amberjack with Shiso Butter Sauce:
  1. Pat dry the amberjack with paper towels. Sprinkle salt on both sides..
  2. Heat a skillet, then place the amberjack from Step 1 in the skillet. Pan-fry over medium-high heat until golden brown, and flip over.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and cook it until done. Turn off the heat and add the butter. Lightly agitate the skillet to transfer the flavor of the butter to the fish.
  4. Transfer the fish to a plate and drizzle on desired amount of shiso salad dressing and serve. I used store-bought dressing.
