  2. Take 2 boiled potatoes (mash with hand)
  3. Get 1 cup curd (stir with spoon for 2 min)
  4. Prepare 1/2 onion (chopped)
  5. Take to taste salt
  6. Make ready 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. Take 1 tbsp imli sauce
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp sev bhujiya
  9. Take 1-2 tsp penuts
  10. Prepare 1 tsp chat masala

  1. Take pani pure balls, make a mixture of potatoes take a bowl pour mashed potatoes, onion 1/2 table spoon salt, 1 pinch chat masala in it,put some potatoes mixture in balls 1 spoon curd, 1/2 spoon imli sauce in each balls,1/2 table spoon lemon juice
  2. Than pour sev bhujia, peanuts, and some imli sauce again on it sprinkle salt on it
  3. Filled pani pure in ready to serve
