  2. Jab pyaz golden brown ho jaey to us mn zeera dal k 1 se 1.5 mint tak fry Karen,
  3. Phir is mn tomatoes shamil Karen sath he kutti hue lal mirch,
  4. Namak, haldi powder or hari Mirch ka paste b dalen,
  5. Phir achy se mix Karen or 5-6 mint tak achi tarhan bhunnen ta k tomatoes gal jaey,
  6. Ab is mn turai dalen or achy se mix Karen,
  7. Phir is ko dhak k medium flame pe 10 mint tak pakaen, ta k Turai gal jaey.
  8. 10 mint bad is ko khol Len or high flame pe is k pani ko khushk Karen,
