  2. Take 3/4 tbsp salt to taste
  3. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp zeera
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  7. Prepare 1 onion slice
  8. Get 2 tomato chopped
  9. Get 3,4 cloves garlic +a piece of ginger
  10. Get 2,3 green chilli, Coriander leaves
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup oil

Instructions to make Torai ki sabzi:
  1. Wash and clean the torai then cut into pieces then soaked in water.
  2. Next heat the pan add oil and onions fry it then add chopped cloves of garlic a piece of ginger stir it with spoon.
  3. Now add all the spices stir it then add tomato cover it for 4 minutes until tomato will become soft and tender.
  4. Next add torai and stir it until then add 1/2 cup of water cover it until it becomes tender completely.
  5. Now check the torai if it is cook and water is evaporated then add green chilli and Coriander leaves.
