Instructions to make Quick and easy fajitas:
  1. Cut the chicken and veg into strips
  2. Pre heat a pan/wok, add a little olive oil, and add chicken
  3. Cook chicken until sealed
  4. Add veg and cook for 5 or so minutes
  5. Add fajita mix and stir until coated
  6. Put the wraps in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Add half the contains of the pan to each plus mashed avocado, cheese and lettice
  7. Fold the wraps into a roll. Enjoy!
