  2. Saute challots/onion and garlic in oil
  3. Add prokcuts and pork cube let it simmer until the pork juiced.
  4. Add oyster sauce, shiitake mushroom and the sliced pear squash (sayote) and pepper to taste…let it simmer or 10 mins.
