  11. Get 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  12. Get 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup almond and walnuts crushed

Instructions to make Quinoa And Oats Cookies:
  1. Preheated oven at 180* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  2. In a large bowl add together flour,salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda mix and keep aside it
  3. In a bowl take butter and brown sugar whisk till smooth or about 3 minutes
  4. Now add egg,vanilla essence,apple sauce and mix all till all combined
  5. Add chopped almond and walnuts slowly
  6. Now add dry ingredients in this
  7. Now add cooked quinoa, Oates and chico chips in this
  8. Now take a spoon fill with dough and onto baking tray,till finish all dough
  9. Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or done
  10. When done remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack
