The ingredients needed to make Curry Rice:
  1. Take 1 lb ground beef (or any meat you prefer)
  2. Prepare 2 cups chopped carrots
  3. Take 2 cups chopped potatoes
  4. Make ready 1 cup chopped white onion
  5. Get 1 pack small japanese curry mix (i used Golden Curry brand)
  6. Prepare 2 1/4 cup water
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  8. Take 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
