  3. Take 1 large potato and carrots cubed

  5. Make ready 3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
  6. Get 1 medium onion diced
  7. Get 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  8. Make ready To taste cheese

Instructions to make Pork Mechado:
  1. Saute the garlic and onion until the onion gets soft.
  2. Add the pork. Cook until it pork turns light brown. Add the sliced hotdogs
  3. Pour tomato sauce, knorr cubes and water. Let boil.
