Instructions to make Elephant Ear leaf Chamkura paan:
  1. Wash the leaves theorly,Mix all the dry ingredients with the help of tamrind water little by little keeping in mind the required sourness and add some water if required.the consistency of the paste should be good enough to spread on the leaves.
  2. Once the paste is ready, spread it on one of the leaf then layer another leaf over it and repeat the same for 4 leaves.
  3. Once your done with the layering, you need to roll it as in the picture,and steam it in the steamer or cooker for about 15-20 mins like you steam the idlis.
  4. Once cooked it looks like this (picture) you may eat it this way or after this procedure. Cut the rolls and pan fry and have it. Trust me it tastes ๐Ÿ‘Œ I prefer the fried ones.
