  1. Get 60 grams Bread (strong) flour
  2. Get 100 grams Chocolate
  3. Make ready 50 grams White chocolate chips
  4. Get 1 tsp Vegetable oil

Steps to make Crispy Bread Flour Cookies:
  1. Put the chocolate into a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave at 500 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds! It's okay if some of the chocolate doesn't melt.
  2. Mix well with a rubber spatula. The residual heat will melt the rest of the chocolate. If it doesn't melt, microwave at 10 second intervals until it has completely melted.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, add the bread flour, and mix together. You do not have to sift the flour.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix. Bring the dough together. If it's still powdery and you can't bring it all together, add a little vegetable oil at a time. Be careful not to add too much!!
  5. Wrap in plastic and make into a log about 15 cm long. Let chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to harden a bit. Be careful not to let it harden for too long!!
  6. Slice into 1.5 cm thick slices. It should make about 12 pieces.
  7. Arrange on a cookie sheet. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. If the cookies don't seem to be thoroughly baked enough, bake for another 1-2 minutes.
