  9. Take 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  10. Get 1/4 cup Tamarind Juice
  11. Prepare 2 tsp Sugar

Instructions to make Sambal Shrimp (Sambal Udang):
  1. Heat 3 Tbsp of Cooking Oil in a wok until hot. Add the Sambal paste, Tamarind juice, sugar, (bitter beans too) and cook them until the oil separates.
  2. When the oil separates, season with salt if needed and add the shrimp. Cook for 1-2 minutes (or until tender) and turn off the heat. Serve with coconut cream rice.
