Instructions to make Paella Chicken made easy:
  1. Cook rice per package directions.
  2. Fry together kielbasa and cubed chicken
  3. Put rice in wok with canola oil pack down and toast turn and continue toasting.
  4. Caramelize diced onion.
  5. Cook squash or zucchini on grill in fry pan till tender but not to soft.
  6. Add the curry powder, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, caramelized onion and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
