Instructions to make Cheesy Recipe:
  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt butter in a deep oven safe dish
  2. Sauté the onion
  3. Add the bacon, and render the bacon.
  4. Add the squash
  5. Dice the summer sausage
  6. Add sausage and let simmer till squash is tender. Add salt, pepper, and garlic.
  7. Add ricotta cheese and the Colby jack cheese in chunks. Mix well. Add red wine vinegar.
  8. Add mozzarella slices, add tomatoes on top.
  9. Add salt and pepper, put into oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
  10. Let rest 15 minutes covered add the basil.
