  2. Get 2 tbsps Lemon Juice -
  3. Prepare 3 tbsps Tahina -

  6. Prepare Salt
  7. Take Garnish
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Olive Oil -
  9. Take 1 tsp Paprika -

Instructions to make Hummus - حمّص‎:
  1. In a blender, empty the can of beans and blend to a smooth paste
  2. I reserved the water and slowly added it as the blender did its work
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients: Tahina, Lemon Juice and Garlic Cloves
  4. I added a green chilli, just for some spice kick, but you don't need to do that! Add the salt and let the blender blitzed away to form a smooth paste
  5. Add the reserved water slowly to help with the blending
  6. Once done, transfer into a serving bowl, and garnish
  7. Serve this with some warm pita or a veggie tray
  8. It is a delicious and healthy dip!
