  3. Prepare 150 ml Heavy cream

  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Rum
  7. Prepare 200 grams Lychee (canned)

Steps to make Lychee Panna Cotta:
  1. Combine the gelatin and water.
  2. Combine the heavy cream, milk and sugar, and heat. Don't let it come to the boil.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin over a double boiler, and add to the mixture from Step 2. Mix well.
  4. Add the rum.
  5. When it has cooled so it is warm to the touch, pour it into glasses containing the lychee, and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to finish!
