  2. Take 3 bunches parsley, washed, drained and chopped
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup olive oil, or vegetable oil
  4. Get 2 chopped onions
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp 7 spices
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 8 eggs
  8. Make ready 2 tbsps flour
  9. Take Tahina paste:
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup Tahina
  11. Take 2-3 tbsps chopped parsley
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  13. Take 1/3 cup water or as needed
  14. Take 1/4 cup lemon juiced
  15. Take 1/5 tsp salt

Steps to make Tripolitan_meat_ejjeh:
  1. In a suitable pan, heat the oil and brown the minced meat, until cooked
  2. Stir in the onions, once cooked add and stir in the chopped parsley along with the spices
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool
  4. In a large bowl, add flour, eggs, salt, and mix together using a whisk
  5. Add the parsley, meat and onion mixture on top of the whisked egg mixture and stir together.
  6. In a suitable tray, pour oil and heat the tray on a stove top. Begin to pour the ejjeh mixture. Allow to cook the bottom. Once the ejjeh has cooked from the bottom, cook the top of the - tray in a oven
  7. Served with thyme salad, or tahina parsley paste.
  8. Mix tahina, with water, lemon juice and salt making a smooth sauce. - Add chopped parsley, and mix
