The ingredients needed to make Chamia !:
  1. Get For tahina :
  2. Take 250 g seasame
  3. Get 4 tbsp plain flour
  4. Take Oil (depends)
  5. Prepare For chamia :
  6. Take 1 cup fried plain flour
  7. Get 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
  8. Prepare 1 cup milk powde
  9. Take 1 cup tahina
  10. Get Nuts/almonds/pistachio

Instructions to make Chamia !:
  1. First prepare tahina : fry (with no oil) sesame, then blend them with flour and add oil till you get thick liquid tahina
  2. Fry flour till you get light golden color
  3. Combine the dry ingredients together
  4. Add liquid tahina and mix well with hands till you get a tough dough, add bit tahina if you need so
  5. Add pistachio and put it in a mold
  6. Let it rest for 12 to 24 hours !
  7. Enjoy it :)
