Instructions to make Delicious Home-made Peanut Butter Cookies      #cookiescontest:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F/ 180 °C. Lightly grease and flour a cookie sheet and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl; sift flour, then add salt, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter and peanut butter. Cream with a whisk or spatula (or even a cooking stick) until light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. You can also use your hands to mix the dough until it’s a cookie dough consistency
  5. Scoop the cookie dough using a regular dining table spoon. Make approximately 1-inch balls and place on the cookie sheet.
  6. Gently press your palm on the balls to flatten them slightly and then make an indentation with the tines of a fork to make a nice pattern.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove cookies from oven and transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
