  1. The vegetables: Slice the leek diagonally. Cut the stems off the shiitake mushrooms and slice in half. If the mushrooms are small, just make a crisscross cut in the caps. Cut 2 thin slices of ginger.
  2. Cut the pork in half if needed. Cut the shirataki noodles in half. Cut the grilled tofu into large cubes.
  3. Combine the seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Wet the inside of a pan, and add all the vegetables.
