  4. Take 700 ml Water
  5. Take 4 tbsp ◎Sugar
  6. Take 2 tbsp ◎Sake
  7. Take 2 tbsp ◎Mirin
  8. Prepare 5 tbsp ◎Soy sauce

Instructions to make Sweet and Savory Burdock & Beef Simmer:
  1. Use a knife to peel the burdock skin, cut into long thin shavings, and soak in water.
  2. Put the water and burdock into a pot and boil until the burdock softens (about 5~10 minutes). Remove any scum that rises to the surface.
  3. Add the ◎ ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the beef.
  4. Remove the scum as you go, cook the beef and then add the shirataki. Cook until the sauce cooks down, about 14 minutes. Enjoy.
