  6. Make ready 1 Japanese leek
  7. Take 1 chunk Beef fat
  8. Take 1 Red pickled ginger
  9. Make ready 4 leaves Mitsuba
  10. Take 1 Raw egg yolk
  11. Make ready Sukiyaki Rice Bowl Sauce
  12. Take 120 ml Mirin
  13. Make ready 50 ml Sake
  14. Get 80 ml Dashi stock
