  2. Get 1/2 bunch scallions
  3. Get 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  5. Take 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  6. Take 1/2 cup soy sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions to make Ahi poke:
  1. Dice ahi, removing any sinew. Sinew is the white stringy stuff. It's super chewy, so you probably don't wanna put it in your poke.
  2. Slice the scallions finely.
  3. Combine chopped garlic and ginger with remaining ingredients. Mix it up well and stir in the ahi and scallions.
  4. Delicious over white rice, or on anything crispy (chips, rice crackers, nori chips)
