Steps to make German Stuffed Peppers:
  1. Cook rice halfway
  2. Mix meat, onion, rice. Add salt/pepper to taste
  3. Cut off top and clean out inside of peppers, hard boil peppers for 5 minutes and remove
  4. Mix meat and rice
  5. Stuff the meat mixture as tightly as possible into the peppers
  6. Spread sauerkraut on bottom of a baking dish
  7. Put peppers in dish, pour in crushed tomato paste about halfway up the peppers
  8. Bake between 90 minutes to 2 hours at 325°F Fahrenheit
