  1. Get 1 kg Raw mango wash eel and cut into thin slice
  2. Get 500 gm Sugar
  3. Make ready to taste Dry masale
  4. Prepare 3 tsp Fenugreek seed
  5. Prepare 3 tsp fennel seeds
  6. Get 3 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Prepare to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp black salt
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Get 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  12. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Nagella seeds (kalunji)
  14. Prepare 2 tsp mustard seed
  15. Get 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions to make Kache Aam ka Khatta Meetha Achar:
  1. Heat a pan, add all dry masale and dry roast the masala. Coil it and griend it.
  2. Now heat oil in pan add hing and mustard seeds and turmeric powder, when seeds crackle add raw mango slice and cook on low flame, Stirr regularly.
  3. Now take another pan add sugar and 1 cup water and maje sugar syrup.
  4. When mango cooked or soft add sugar syrup, all dry masala powder and all regular masale and mix well.
  5. Cook till then the mixture thick and mix with masala.
  6. Then switch off gass.
  7. Achar is ready serve with roti ice, bread or paratha.
