  1. Chop into cubes all fruits,when u do the apples,add 2 tablespoons lemon juice on them,mix well,this is to prevent Browning,now mix all fruits together mix them up, cover the bowel with plastic wrap, put in refrigerator
  2. In a medium saucepan, on medium heat, add reserved pineapple juice,add butter,stir till melted, add suger,2 tablespoons lemon juice, stir well, now add water and cornstarch mix in a cup,now add it to saucepan stir rapidly, now lower ur heat to low, stir for 3 mins,till thickens, now set aside to let cool
  3. When sauce is cool,add mayonnaise stir well
  4. Pour mayonnaise sauce to mixed chopped fruits, stir all together well, add peacans to top, mix in peacans
