Instructions to make Grilled chicken sandwich with wheat bread:
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with the salt and spices
  2. Slice the tomatoes into round slices and remove the wet middle using the knife
  3. Wash the lettuce and pat dry
  4. Put the olive oil in a non stick frying pan or grill pan and lightly grill the chicken on both sides till don.
