Instructions to make Japchae with Grilled Marinated Chicken:
  1. Let us get started
  2. Soak the noodles for 30 minutes in a bowl of water.
  3. Prep your veggies (set aside)
  4. On medium-low cook an omelet and cut into thin slices when cooled (set aside)
  5. Blanch the spinach in boiling water, rinse in cold water and squeeze the excess water (set aside)
  6. In the same pot boil the noodles for 5-7 minutes until soft and chewy, then drain. Add a teaspoon of sesame oil so the noodles don't stick.

  9. Mix the spinach seasoning. Set aside.
  10. Grill the marinated chicken strips until done. Set aside
  11. Pour the sauce over the noodles and use your hands to mix.
