  1. First of all, I want to tell you about premix quantity take 3 cups rice+1 white urad dal +1tsp small fenugreek seeds mix it well and grind it from flour milk then whenever you want you can prepare without soaking
  2. Now take bowl premix flour add two mugs of water add salt mix it well leave it for 1/2 hour.
  3. Now after 1/2 hour the mixture become thick so add some water to make little thick smooth better like this
  4. Then grese the plate of idli heat water in idli maker then add baking soda in it mixed it well and fill plate
  5. Now cover the lid and steam for 10minutes after 10 minutes you may check with a knife if the knife will out clean our idli is ready for serving
