Instructions to make Eggless Tutti Frutti Red Velvet Cookies:
  1. In a large mixing bowl: Add in the Red Velvet Cake- Premix & the oil, mix it well (it’ll feel like sand crumbles- that’s exactly what we’re looking for)
  2. Now, at this point: Add in the Buttermilk gradually & not at one go & keep on mixing the dough with a spatula or simply your hands- (whichever’s convenient)
  3. Now, add in the tutti-frutti too & give it a nice mix, until well combined & cover it with a cling wrap & refrigerate it for at least an hour’s time before baking
  4. Take it out of the fridge after an hour & then, with an ice cream scooper- Take a scoop in your palms, form a ball & then, gently press it to flatten it a bit (not much) & then place/garnish the top of the cookies with the white choco-chips
  5. Place them directly onto the Baking Tray keeping sufficient distance from each other (since they’the flatten more & expand in their sizes), you can bake them in batches or in one go- if your oven has that much space capacity
  6. Bake them- in a preheated oven at 170C for about 12-14 mins (don’t over bake it), or until its done- as it differs from oven to oven
  7. Once done- Take it out & allow them to cool down on the tray itself for about 10-12 mins time & then, place it on the cooling rack to cool down completely…Enjoy, ANYTIME either with your Hot Beverages or as to satiate your untimely Binges.
