Steps to make Upma Premix(homemade without preservatives):
  1. Collect ingredients. Dry roast suji in a pan and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil add chilli,mystard seeds,curry patta, urad dal, chana dal and peanuts, fry on slow flame.
  3. Add roasted suji mix. Add salt and mix and stir.Remove from flame and cool. Store in clean jar. Your preservative free upma premix is ready.
  4. How to use. Use one part upna premix and 2 parts boiled water to make upma.
  5. Method is very simple take little oil and fry onions,peas and carrots in it, now add double quantity boiled water in boiled water slowly add one part upma premux and cook on slow flame till water dries up and upma is ready.
  6. Store at room temp if weather us okay or store in fridge if humid.
