  7. Get 1 Whatever herbs and spices you have on hand
  8. Take 1 Bay leaf
  9. Take 1 dash Sake or wine
  10. Prepare 1 dash bit of each Ketchup, Japanese style Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper
  11. Make ready Salsa
  12. Take 1 as much (to taste), chop finely Tomatoes
  13. Get 1 as much (to taste), chop finely and put in a bowl of water Onion
  14. Take 1 swirl Olive oil
  15. Make ready 1 dash of each Lemon juice and parsley (optional)
  16. Get 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
  17. Prepare 1 Tabasco sauce
  18. Take Vegetables of your choice
  19. Make ready 1 as much (to taste). roughly julienne. Lettuce, celery

Instructions to make Healthy Taco Rice:
  1. Let's make the meat sauce.
  2. Stir fry the ground beef without oil. Drain off any rendered fat. Season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper, add the onion, bamboo shoot and a little sake, and stir fry.
  3. Add whatever herbs and spices you have on hand, and as much as you like.
  4. You can add red chili powder, oregano, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, but the chili powder is a must.
  5. Add a can of crushed tomatoes (juice and all) and one bay leaf.
  6. Flavor with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Adjust the quantity to your preference as you taste.
  7. Even if you don't measure the ingredients, just taste as it cooks. When there's no liquid left in the pan, it's done.
  8. Prepare the salsa. Combine the salsa ingredients, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, and it's done. Add Tabasco to taste.
  9. Serve rice in a bowl, top with lots of vegetables, salsa, a generous portion of the meat sauce, cheese, and parsley.
  10. Finished!! Add more Tabasco to taste.
