The ingredients needed to make Taco Rice:
  1. Make ready 500 g Beef Mince OR Beef & Pork Mince
  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  3. Get 1 Onion
  4. Prepare 1 clove Garlic *finely chopped
  5. Take 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  6. Get 4 servings Freshly Cooked Rice
  7. Get 2-3 Lettuce Leaves *sliced
  8. Prepare 2 Tomatoes *cut into small pieces
  9. Prepare 1 Avocado *cut into small pieces
  10. Prepare Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  11. Prepare Taco Salsa
  12. Get <Spice Mix>
  13. Prepare 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  14. Take 2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
  15. Prepare 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  16. Get 1 teaspoon Paprika
  17. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper *OR more
  18. Make ready 1 teaspoon Salt

Steps to make Taco Rice:
  1. Heat Oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook Onion and Garlic for a few minutes, add Beef Mince and cook until Beef changes colour.
  2. Add the spices mix and Tomato Paste, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Place Freshly Cooked Rice on a plate, cover with the Beef mixture, then place Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado and shredded Cheese on top. Drizzle with Taco Salsa (I forgot to do that for the above photo!) and enjoy.
