  1. Make ready 4 teaspoons Gram Flour
  2. Get 8-10 Lady Fingers
  3. Get 1 small size cauliflower
  4. Get 1 Brinjal
  5. Prepare 3-4 parval
  6. Get 2 medium Potatoes
  7. Take 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  10. Take 8-10 Curry leaves
  11. Get 4 tablespoons Oil
  12. Make ready 10-12 Cluster beans (gawar)
  13. Make ready 2 Tomatoes grated medium
  14. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  15. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  16. Get to taste Salt
  17. Prepare 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp

Instructions to make Sindhi curry:
  1. Firstly wash all the vegetables…then cut into wages shape bt potatoes cut into big cube.after that cauliflower,ladies finger,parval and brinjal do shallow fry into oil.
  2. Now Heat 2 tbsps oil in a deep non stick pan.Add gram flour,little bit cumin seeds mix and sauté till fragrant.then add half spoon red chilli powder and then water and mix till smooth.
  3. After that add turmeric powder,turmeric pulp add more water and then add potatoes cube and let them cook..
  4. After that add fried vegetables and salt and cook it for 5 min.
  5. And lastly take an other small pan for tadka..take 1 spoon oil when it will be hot then add asafoetida, mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute till fragrant then immediately afd red chilli powder and then pour into the curry.
  6. And now ready to eat sindhi curry with steam rice.😊
