  1. Take 250 gm cluster beans(Gawar fali)
  2. Take 1/4 cup palak
  3. Get 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  4. Take 2 tbsp curry leaves
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp fresh coconut
  6. Get 1 inch ginger
  7. Take 3-4 green chillies
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. Prepare 4-5 ice cubes
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  12. Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  13. Get 1/4 tsp Jeera
  14. Take Pinch hing
  15. Get Pinch turmeric
  16. Get as needed Few drops of lime juice

Instructions to make Gawar e chaman:
  1. Wash and boil clusterbeans with pinch salt and sugar
  2. Grind chutney with palak, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger and ice cubes and few drops of lemon juice
  3. Grind coconut with 1tbsp of above chutney
  4. Heat a pan add oil and do tadka with mustard seeds, jeera, hing and pinch turmeric
  5. Then add coconut mixture and saute it
  6. Then add green chutney mixture again saute it for 1 min
  7. Then add boiled clusterbeans and salt and saute it for 1min
  8. Gawar e chaman is ready to serve with Roti, kulcha, Naan or any type of bhakri
