The ingredients needed to make Bufvada (falahari cutlets):
  1. Prepare 1/2 kg potatoes Boiled
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup singhade Ka atta (kuttu flour)
  3. Take 1/4 cup roasted crushed peanuts
  4. Take 1 tsp white til
  5. Take 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  6. Get 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  7. Make ready 1 tsp amchur powder or 1 lemon juice
  8. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  10. Get Rock salt as per your taste
  11. Get Oil for deep fry
  12. Get 1/4 cup singhade Ka atta for coating

Whenever I fast, I always prepare this. This is so tasty and of course, it's allowed in. Crispy and tasty Sabudana Cutlets are perfect for breakfast or snack. I tried to make this recipe apt I have shallow fried these cutlets to make it healthy.

Instructions to make Bufvada (falahari cutlets):
  1. Peel off potatoes. Mash them. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl (except oil & singhade Ka atta taken for coating.)
  2. Mix all and make a dough like.
  3. Make heart shape cutlets roll them in dry singhada flour.
  4. Make all bufvada in a same way.
  5. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Drop bufvada one by one in hot oil. Deep fry them on medium flame until golden brown.
  6. Transfer them in plate. Bufvada are ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.
  8. For falahari tomato sauce : add tomato puree, rock salt, black pepper and sugar in a pan. Cook until thick.
