  1. Make ready For kadi
  2. Take 1 cup Sour curd
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup singhade Ka atta
  4. Get 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  5. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. Get leaves Coriander
  7. Get Rock salt as per taste
  8. Prepare For tempering
  9. Prepare 1 tsp jeera
  10. Prepare 2-3 cloves
  11. Prepare leaves Curry
  12. Take 1 tbsp Pure ghee
  13. Get For pakode
  14. Get 1 cup rajgira flour
  15. Get 2 potatoes
  16. Get 2 green chilies finely chopped
  17. Prepare leaves Coriander
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper
  19. Prepare Rock salt as per taste
  20. Get Oil for deep fry

Steps to make Vrat special kadi pakode:
  1. Whisk curd. Add singhada flour, black pepper, rock salt in curd.
  2. Add green chillies & 2 cups water in curd batter. Whisk again.
  3. Keep vessel over gas. Stir continuously. Add Coriander leaves. Bring it boil. Simmer the gas. Let it cook.
  4. Heat a pan. Add pure ghee. Add cloves & jeera. Once Jeera splutter add curry leaves. Switch off gas.
  5. Pour this tampering into kadi. Mix well.
  6. Now for pakode combine all ingredients of pakode in a bowl. Mix well. Add water & make thick batter.
  7. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Pour 1 tsp batter in oil. Fry these pakode on medium flame until golden brown.
  8. Transfer pakode in plate.
  9. Drop these pakoda in boiling kadi. Cover it. Switch off gas.
  10. Serve hot with Sama Jeera rice.
