  1. Ek pan mey shinghade ke atte ko daale aur halka pink hone tak slow gas mey bhune.
  2. Ek bowl mey singhade ka atta daale aur paani daal kar thick paste bana le.
  3. Ek bade bartan mey milk ko boil karein.
  4. Jab milk boil hone lage tab gas slow karein.
  5. Ab shingdana ke paste ki choti choti pakodi banaye aur boil milk mey daale. Aur isme sugar daale.
  6. Jab sabhi atte ki pakodi ban jaye tab gas slow karein aur 10 to 15minutes pakaye aur milk ko gadha hone de.
  7. Ab gas band karein. Isme dry fruits aur elaichi powder daale aur mix karein.
  8. Ab ek bowl mey nikale aur thoda hone par sarve karein.
