  2. Take 3/4 tbsp salt to taste
  3. Make ready 1/2 red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 1 tsp zeera powder
  5. Prepare 1 /2 tsp crush Corriender powder
  6. Take 2 tbsp yogurt
  7. Get 3 tbsp lemon juice
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Take 1 tsp green chilli paste (optional)
  10. Take 1 tbsp tikka masala powder (heaped)
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  12. Make ready 1 onion,lettuce, lemon (cut round)
  13. Prepare 2 naan
  14. Prepare 2 small cups kheer
  15. Prepare 2 soft drinks 140ml (pepsi, coke) small
  16. Prepare 1 lemon
  17. Get Ingredients for naan
  18. Prepare 1 cup maida/atta heap
  19. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp sugar
  21. Prepare 2 tbsp yogurt

Instructions to make Chicken tikka with naan and firni:
  1. Wash and clean the chicken and cuts in tikka style, now take a bowl add chicken squeeze lemon juice and little salt then keep aside fir 20 minutes.
  2. Now take a bowl add all the spices and ingredients of tikka mix it well then add chicken and mis it with hands in order to mix the spices inside tikka very well.
  3. Next keep tikka in frige for 2 hours than make a dough of atta, keep in warm place.
  4. Now for firni preparation take a pot add 2 tbsp of boiled rice add 1 and half cup of milk with 5 tbsp of sugar,4 crush almonds and 1/4 tsp of illachi powder, cook for 1 hour in low medium heat keep stirring,when it becomes thick concentensity than take out from the pot and blend in blender than pour in small bowls and keep in refrigerator for cooling it.
  5. Now take a grill pan,grill the chicken tikka and grill it for 40 minutes when the chicken is tender and cook well inside.
  6. Now take a bowl and put all ingredients of naan together and make a dough, now keep in warm place for 1 hour, then heat the pan, to make a ball and roll with rolling pin and make a shape of naan, after this heat tawa and make a naan on medium flame.
  7. When u check the marks on naan, yrs naan will b ready.
  8. Now u can enjoy luxury meal with chicken tikka, naan firni and diet 7 up.
